The Lucky So and So’s play a lively mix of Vintage Swing, Hot Jazz, and Retro Rock & Roll, with a knack for putting their own spin on familiar songs. Their music is rooted in classic sounds but delivered with aN energetic approach that keeps audiences tapping their toes and moving. The band brings together some of the North Bay Area’s finest players. At the heart of the band are Mark Larson on guitar and vocals and Alan Parks on double bass, joined by Joe Shotwell on drums, Carolyn Walter on sax, Daryl Burch on trombone, and Graham Terry on guitar. The Lucky So and So’s can shape-shift their lineup to fit the room depending on the venue and occasion.
With a mix of strong musicianship, good humor, and a genuine love of swinging music, The Lucky So and So’s make every performance a good time.
