Nate and Brian met while studying at Berklee College of Music and have been playing together for over 15 years. Early pick up gigs helped develop their shared sense of listening and how to respond in the moment, forming the foundation of a deeply connected musical partnership. Their acoustic sets draw from the deeper corners of the Grateful Dead catalog, along with songs by Neil Young, Ryan Adams, and other eclectic selections. With strong vocal harmonies and a fluid, improvisational style, each performance takes its own shape. Nate is an active performer in the Northern California Dead scene, playing with several notable Grateful Dead cover bands, while Brian is a founding member of Love Mischief.
